marching into Guangdong province |

produced by Glencadam distillery in Brechin, labelled
“The Angus” has been shipped to China and is now
available for consumers. In order to promote "The Angus"
In Guangdong areas, our company worked extremely hard to
win the title of Guangdong Distributor. Now, drinkers in
Guangdong can taste the best blended scotch whisky
anytime.
We feel sincerely thankful for the collaboration of Mr. Yuet Yu of Shenzhen
King Group, our CEO, Mr. Owen Chung and Angus
Dundee Distillers and Angus Council. This blended whisky
from the county of Angus bearing the same name has
finally arrived Guangdong and most of the southern provinces
in China.
Mr. Owen Chung, Our CEO with family roots in
Hong Kong and Southern China, spent all these years in
Scotland, Canada and Guangdong has fulfilled his long held
ambition to lead Scotland's “water of life” to help
fulfill the growing demand of high class whiskies from
Guangdong. Scotch whisky, often mixed with green tea,
powerade, ice or water, is becoming more
popular and fashionable for new generations of aspiring
and upwardly-mobile consumers in Guangdong.
On March 26, 2014, Mr. Owen Chung, Mr. Yuet Yu of
Shenzhen King Group, along with David
Valentine (MBE, Ex-chairman of Economy development
department) visited Glencadam distillery, the
birth place of "The Angus" blended Scotch whisky.
General Manager of Glencadam distillery, Mr. Douglas
Fitchell presented a warm welcome. During the visit, Mr.
Owen Chung mentioned and discussed with all the others
about how to promote "The Angus" efficiently in
Guangdong, he also presented all the promotional ideas
and materials that was designed by their company design
team.
Mr. Owen Chung also suggested the re-packaging of "The
Angus" since lots of drinkers think such an excellent
whisky should deserve a more fancy looking package
instead of the traditional scotch whisky packaging.
During the visit, Mr. Owen Chung also tasted some famous
single malt whiskies produced by Glencadam distillery,
the 10 years and 14 years edition and he became more
enthusiastic in introducing these whiskies to Guangdong
because he thinks the taste, the scent and the
satisfying feeling are in no way cannot compete with
other popular brand name single malt whiskies in China
such as Glengoyne, Glenfiddich, Macallan and Bowmore.
As for blended Scotch whiskies, Mr. Owen Chung also
suggested that "The Angus" can do a lot better than her
competitors such as Johnnie Walker ( Red Label, Black
Label), Chivas Regal etc. if, "The Angus" can take part
in most of the international liquor competitions. He
also added, with the right direction in promotion
plus the cooperation of all our team members, "The
Angus" will soon be the most famous and best selling
whisky in Guangdong.

Scotland on March 26, 2014 to present all his ideas and
